And its all small stuff
Henry David Thoreau wrote “The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it.”
For every
evening spent late in the office there are moments that you will miss out on – ones
that you can never get back. Make sure you’re not spending time on things that
ultimately will not matter. Worse still, do not give your time to people that
will not have an appreciation for it.
And guess
what? The three greatest gifts you can give to your family are time, memories
and traditions. These are things in life that matter.
Therefore,
in your stride to build who you are and ultimately your wealth; do not ignore
your family and friends. If you do, you will soon run out of time and find you
are all alone. If a person accumulates any degree of wealth employing the
strategy of leveraging their time for money, it must not be at the expense of a
life.
Do not compromise on
the things that make you truly human. You do that; you will find you rarely
will, if ever, get what you want.
The
more you chase a dream at the expense of people that love you, the more it
eludes you.
One
needs to still take time out to enjoy with families and true friends. After all
“it is not quantity of time that
determines our future prosperity, it is what we do with that time”.
Compromising all your
time for your job, may in time bring you money – but ask yourself the question
of who will be by your side when you have made all the millions.
The art is in
creating the balance between the time you dedicate to your work, and your
family.
Do
all you can and give all heart to it, and you will see it multiply and at the
end of your road while you enjoy your wealth;
someone special will still be there to hold your hand.
We
have thus far reviewed the art of using your time to generate wealth, making
sure that your time “which is more valuable than anything else you have in your
life” is used to better develop the person that you are, build the future that
you deserve; a future rich in happiness, a life filled with an abundance of
existence. While true wealth is definitely about having money, most
importantly; its about having happiness, courage, wisdom, harmony and balance
as well as cleanliness “yes, it’s important to be a person who takes special care
of his/her environment to truly be able to build wealth. After all, I believe
that
The
art and dedication it takes to master the art of wealth creation is just as
engaging as the quality you need develop to keep your home and your environment
clean”.
A wealthy and
abundant life is filled with generosity, kindness, a beautiful heart, but most
of all, a wealthy life is filled with peace of mind. It is my wish therefore that that you all build these qualities and
carry them wherever you go. I hope you learn to let them serve as guideposts to
making sure that you are always walking towards wealth rather than walking away
from it.
It is equally
important that you realize that you absolutely need to ensure that all these
qualities are present and working together at all times in order to attain the
truest state of a wealthy individual. More professionals are trying to
find a path to life worth, rather than centering their behavior on net
worth. I figured it out before it was too late. My life is now better than your best holiday. I am in perfect peace; I
make money and still enjoy spending it with those that value who I am.
There is NO
reason everyone should not be able to say the same thing about their own lives.
